Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of deliveryon unused parts in their original packaging. Defective parts and shipping mistakes are always on us — we cover return shipping and replacement.
The short version
- 30 days from your delivery date to return an unused part.
- Original packaging required — part must be in resellable condition.
- No restocking fee on parts returned within policy.
- Customer pays return shipping on change-of-mind / wrong-part returns.
- We pay return shipping on defective parts or our shipping errors.
- Email orders@quickpartsdelivery.com to start a return.
How to start a return
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you send the package back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Email orders@quickpartsdelivery.com with:
- Your order number (looks like
QPD-2026-001234) - The part you’re returning
- The reason — didn’t fit, no longer needed, defective, wrong item received, etc.
Within one business day we’ll reply with an RMA number and instructions on where to send the package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Condition requirements
To qualify for a refund, the returned part must be:
- Unused — not installed, no signs of installation attempt.
- In original packaging — with any seals, tags, plastic, or foam intact.
- Complete — all included accessories, manuals, and small parts present.
- Undamaged — no scratches, no broken connectors, no missing pieces.
- Received within the 30-day window from your original delivery date.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or receive a partial refund (typically 50–80% depending on condition). We’ll email you before processing any partial refund so you can decide.
Return shipping
- Change of mind / wrong part ordered: customer pays return shipping. Use any trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We strongly recommend tracking — we can’t refund what we don’t receive.
- Defective part / shipping error on our side: we email you a prepaid return label. No cost to you.
Refund timeline
- Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method that day.
- Most banks post the refund within 3–5 business days; some take up to 10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Defective parts
If your part arrives defective or fails within 30 days, contact us right away. We’ll either:
- Ship a replacement at no charge with a prepaid return label for the defective part, or
- Issue a full refund — including original shipping — once the defective part is received.
Choice is yours. We don’t do warranty-claim runarounds; if it didn’t work, we make it right.
Wrong item received
If we sent the wrong part, email us with your order number and a quick description of what arrived. We’ll email a prepaid return label and either ship the correct part immediately or refund you in full.
Damaged in shipping
Inspect your package on arrival. If the carton is visibly damaged, take a photo before opening. If the part inside is damaged, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll handle the carrier claim on our end and ship a replacement or refund — your choice.
Cancellations
We ship same-day for orders placed before 2pm ET, so the cancellation window is short. Email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it under the normal return process once it arrives.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned for refund:
- Parts that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation attempt (with the exception of defective parts).
- Parts returned without the original packaging.
- Parts returned outside the 30-day window.
- Special-order items, marked as such on the product page.
- Refrigerant, hazardous materials, and items requiring HazMat shipping.
- Items damaged by the customer (drops, water damage, electrical short-circuit from improper wiring).
International returns
We currently only ship within the U.S., so this doesn’t apply. Should that change, this policy will be updated.
