Shipping Policy
We ship from U.S. warehouses to U.S. addresses. Same-day shipping is our standard — if you order before 2pm ET on a business day, your part goes out that day.
Shipping rates
- Free on orders of $35 or more.
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $35.
- All rates are for standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States.
Cut-off and shipping schedule
- Order before 2:00pm ET, Monday–Friday: ships same business day.
- Order after 2:00pm ET or on weekends: ships the next business day.
- Federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas): no shipping that day, your order ships the next business day.
Delivery times
After your order leaves the warehouse, typical transit times for standard ground are:
- 2–3 business days within the continental U.S.
- 3–6 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the carrier that gives you the fastest delivery for your address. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.
Tracking your order
Your order confirmation email includes the order number. When your package ships, we’ll send a separate email with a tracking number and a link you can use to follow the shipment. If you don’t see the shipping email within 24 business hours of your order, check your spam folder, then email us.
Where we ship
- All 50 U.S. states (Alaska and Hawaii included).
- U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
We do not currently ship internationally. If international shipping is important to you, drop us a line at orders@quickpartsdelivery.com and we’ll let you know when that changes.
Shipping to a different address
You can ship to any address — it doesn’t have to match your billing address. Useful if you’re ordering a part for a parent, rental property, etc.
Lost or damaged packages
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, occasional issues happen — misdeliveries, theft, damage in transit. If something goes wrong:
- Marked delivered but you don’t have it? Check with neighbors and around your property first, then wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). If still missing, email us.
- Damaged on arrival?Take a photo of the package before opening if possible. Email us — we’ll file the carrier claim and ship you a replacement or refund right away.
- Wrong address?If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us within an hour and we’ll try to catch it before the label prints. After it ships, the carrier may charge an address-correction fee that we’ll need to pass on.
Order changes after shipping
Once a label has been printed and the order has been handed to the carrier, we can’t modify or cancel it. Treat it as a return when it arrives — full details in our Returns Policy.
