Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quickpartsdelivery.com and any orders you place with QuickPartsDelivery ("QPD", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you meet these requirements and that the shipping address and payment information you provide are accurate.

2. Products and fitment

QPD sells aftermarket and OEM replacement parts for appliances. Many of our listings reference manufacturer part numbers (e.g. DA29-00020B) and brand names (e.g. Samsung, LG, Whirlpool). These references are for fitment identification only. Use of those part numbers does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the original manufacturer.

We make reasonable efforts to confirm fitment and describe products accurately, but final responsibility for selecting the correct part lies with you. If you ordered the wrong part, our 30-day return policy covers unused parts in original packaging.

3. Pricing and availability

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without notice.
  • If we cancel an order because of a pricing error or stock issue, we will fully refund any amount you paid.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed items at the listed prices. Our acceptance occurs when we successfully charge your payment method and send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or shipping restrictions.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including shipping and any applicable tax.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, rates, and carrier information. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package, but lost or stolen packages should still be reported to us — we’ll help you file carrier claims and make it right.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In short: 30 days to return unused parts in original packaging; defective parts and shipping errors are always on us.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site — logo, brand mark, design, product photography, and the site’s code — is owned by QPD or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Manufacturer part numbers and brand names referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Scrape, mass-download, or republish our content or pricing.
  • Place fraudulent or fictitious orders.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site or other users’ use of it.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

Products are sold "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPD disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some products carry manufacturer warranties; where applicable, those will be noted on the product page and honored by the original manufacturer per their terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPD’s total liability arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. QPD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or property damage caused by improper installation of a part.

We are not licensed appliance repair technicians. If you are not comfortable installing a part yourself, hire a qualified appliance repair professional.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QPD harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state] without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county/state], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the "Effective" date at the top reflecting the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
